Exchanges
Need a different size? No worries—we offer size exchanges (subject to availability).

Refunds
We don’t typically offer refunds, but we’ll make it right if something went wrong:

• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived defective

In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.

Return Shipping

• For size exchanges, return shipping is shouldered by the customer
• If the issue is on our end, we’ll take care of the shipping costs

Please include:

• Your order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)
